Senior Territory Manager | Cardiology Devices | Western Sydney An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion for a Senior Territory Manager to join a leading organisation within the Cardiology Device sector . This is a pivotal role where you’ll have ownership of a well-established territory across Western Sydney , working with a strong portfolio of products trusted by clinicians. About the Role: As Senior Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving growth across your territory. This role is suited to a high-performing professional with a proven record of success in Interventional Cardiology, CRM, Electrophysiology, Vascular Intervention, or a related discipline . You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, providing clinical expertise and building trusted partnerships while consistently delivering on revenue and conversion targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a strong base of existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities Provide expert clinical and product support in theatres and cath labs Build long-term, trusted relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, vascular surgeons, and hospital staff Deliver against revenue, growth, and conversion targets with a data-driven, solutions-focused approach Act as a senior member of the sales team, contributing to broader strategy and mentoring junior colleagues when required About You: Several years of demonstrated success in medical device sales within Cardiology (Interventional, CRM, EP, Vascular Intervention, or similar high-acuity area) Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Ability to navigate complex hospital environments and manage senior clinical relationships Commercially astute, with strong business development and account management skills Driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving results at a high level Package & Benefits: Base salary $110,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience) Car allowance uncapped bonuses — top performers regularly earn well over $250,000 OTE Innovative product portfolio with strong pipeline Supportive, collaborative team culture that promotes from within Full tools of trade provided This is a senior-level role for someone ready to step into a high-profile territory and make a tangible impact.
